If you have a california real estate agent license or brokers license, is there any states besides california you can use it or a way to get licenses in other states? I am on my way to each in California and my family is currently building a large real estate portfolio all over the US and even a few outside the US and purchasing real estate all around the US and just am curious how to best go about getting broker and/or agent licenses in each place? I often hear of people with these in multiple states and was curious how they did that or did they just do the obvious and go through the whole process in each state? Thanks!
